Refund & Returns Policy for Green Harness.

1.  Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Green Harness Inc. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the following policy.

2.  Refund Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, perishable goods.

3.  Refund Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service at contact@greenharness.ca or call +1-437-553-1484 with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4.  Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5.  Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@greenharness.ca or +1-437-553-1484.

6.  Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to:

27 Broadbent Avenue, Scarborough, ON M1K 4R1, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
