Yes, our bags are 100% biodegradable. They are made from
natural jute and cotton fibers which decompose in the shortest possible time
without causing harm to the environment.

Currently, we offer a range of pre-designed jute bags.
However, we have the capability of customizing it. customization can be done by
size, colour, logo monograms and other designs as per the wish of the buyer.

We specialize in bulk orders to cater to businesses,
retailers, and organizations. We currently do not offer individual bag
purchases.

To care for your jute bag, we recommend cleaning it with mild detergent and normal water. Avoid machine washing, as it may damage the natural fibers. It should be air dried up to ensure longer life.

At this moment we don’t have any return policy. The customer has all the rights to check the product before delivery.

Our company is based in Toronto, Canada. Please note that we operate both online and by phone. Depending upon the quantity of the products to be procured, the mode of delivery will be decided.

We are exporter and wholesaler. However, minimum order quantity from item to item will vary. It can be fixed by discussion.

If the items are readily available in our stock then it can be delivered within 48 hours. In case of customized or any special order item, the delivery time might be 8 to 12 weeks.

Our main office and Warehouse is in to Toronto. We provide free delivery in GTA. For rest of the areas, additional transportation cost will be incurred.
